SAASH Consulting is founded by Victor NG who has been in the telco, tech industry since 1995. He spent 25 years in regional business (including a few stints based in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia). He is backed by a core team of experienced professionals of similar background in regional business in their respective domain expertise.
The motivation for Victor to start SAASH Consulting, came during COVID (2020-2023). He observed that many SME (small medium enterprises/business) struggled throughout the pandemic and some in fact collapsed right after in 2024. Whereas the big conglomerates, MNCs, start to do well midway in 2021/2.
The main reason was diversification of revenue sources. SMEs and startups simply did not develop a second or third engine of growth so they could only rely on their home market for revenue.
With his experience in regional markets, Victor also knew it is not easy for SMEs to just “want to go regional”. Subsequently, Victor developed and launched the “Market Entry Program” and “The SME BootCamp” targeted at companies (small, medium or big) who have a desire and mandate to develop new markets for multiple sources of revenue.
